cat humiliation
this past halloween, i decided to celebrate by dressing my pets. chunky was a ladybug, a.f.i. was pumpkin. she scowled and sat still for a long time, so she made a pretty good pumpkin. chunky went with it, and he even slept for a few hours in costume. i was a nun...but you don't need to see those pictures.

i can't really tell you why as i haven't quite put my finger on the reason yet.

it was kind of a joke the first day, and then it just stuck. it's not really funny anymore, of course. she has the behavior of a cat with some pent-up anger though. she scowls at us a lot. like an owl...with a fire inside...
